How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery to UK mainland addresses typically takes 3–5 business days.
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Full details are in our shipping policy.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs and any regional surcharges (for example Highlands, islands, or remote postcodes) are set out in full in our shipping policy, and are calculated at checkout based on your postcode.
Do you ship outside the UK?
At the moment we ship to UK mainland addresses only. International shipping isn't available.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
These tubs are heavy — how are they delivered?
Because the tubs are solid cedar with a steel liner, they ship as a crated freight item with a courier suited to larger goods. Tracking is provided. Please make sure someone is available to receive and move the crate on delivery.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email contact@unleashrep.com as soon as possible with your order number and the new address. Once dispatched, we can't reroute it.

How do I set up my tub?
Setup is simple — there's nothing to inflate or assemble:
- Place the tub on a flat, level surface that can support the weight when full
- Fill the 304 stainless steel liner with cold water using a garden hose
- Add ice to reach your preferred temperature — or, on the chiller model, set the temperature on the chiller unit
- Use the included cedar step to get in and out
- Cover the tub between sessions (the oval model includes an Oxford cloth cover)

Inclusions depend on the model:

- A wooden step
- Oval model — an Oxford cloth cover
- One model — an integrated chiller unit

What is the tub made from?
The exterior is Western red cedar panelling (Canadian red cedar on the round model) with stainless steel banding. Water is held inside a 304 stainless steel inner liner — not against the wood. The tubs are rigid and freestanding; they are not inflatable and have no plastic shell.
How much water does it hold?
It varies by model. The oval tub holds approximately 350 litres. Other models differ — the water capacity and full dimensions are listed on each product page. All current tubs are sized for one person.
Who is it sized for?
The current range is sized for one person. The round barrels are taller for a deep, upright seated soak; the oval has a longer, elongated footprint. Each product page lists the dimensions — check them against your height before ordering.
Can I use it indoors?
Yes — indoor or outdoor, on a flat surface that can take the weight. Note that a full tub is heavy: the oval, for example, holds around 350kg of water plus the tub itself (around 105kg) and the user. Before installing on a balcony, raised deck, or upper floor, confirm the floor can support the total load.
How do I drain the tub?
Each tub has a drain valve — centre-positioned on most models, and corner-positioned on the oval cover model. Open the valve to empty the tub after use; you can direct the water with a hose.
How do I keep the water clean?
Keep the tub covered between uses where a cover is included (oval model), and rinse off before getting in. Some users add a suitable cold-tub sanitiser — follow the dosing instructions for the product you choose. Change the water before it starts to look or smell off; how often depends on use.
Temperature
Do these tubs cool the water themselves?
It depends on the model. One model ships with an integrated chiller unit that cools the water, so you don't need ice. The other tubs are passive — you cool them by adding ice. Each product page states clearly which type it is.
Can I add a chiller to a passive tub?
The passive tubs are designed to be cooled with ice. If you want cooling without ice, choose the model that ships with the integrated chiller unit. We don't currently sell a separate retrofit chiller for the passive tubs.
What temperature should the water be?
Many people run cold plunge water somewhere around 10–15°C. There's no single "correct" figure — start at the warmer end and adjust to what suits you. This is general usage guidance, not a health recommendation.
How long does the cold water last on a passive tub?
It depends on the ambient temperature, your starting water temperature, and how often the tub is uncovered. Keeping a cover on (where included) helps. Because it varies so much with conditions, we don't quote a fixed hold time.
How long should I stay in?
If you're new to cold water, keep early sessions short and get out whenever you want to. Listen to your body rather than a stopwatch. If you have any underlying health condition, are pregnant, or have concerns, speak to a doctor before starting cold water immersion.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.

How long do refunds take?
Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are processed promptly. The funds then typically appear in your account within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider. See our refund policy for details.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For faulty or damaged items, we cover return shipping — contact us with photos and we'll arrange collection.
What does the warranty cover?
Each tub comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Wear and tear, misuse, and accidental damage are not covered.
To make a claim, email us with your order number and a description of the issue.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email contact@unleashrep.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us with your order number as soon as possible and we'll cancel and refund it. Once dispatched, it falls under our standard 30-day return policy.
