Questions, answered
Sizing, delivery, assembly and returns — the things people actually ask before buying a time trial bike.
Sizing and fit
Which size should I choose?
Three frame sizes: S, M and L. Start with the rider height ranges on the product page, then check the geometry table. On a time trial bike, reach and stack decide the fit far more than height does — two riders the same height can need different frames depending on torso length and flexibility.
I'm between two sizes. What now?
Compare reach rather than seat tube length. The cockpit is a one-piece carbon unit with no separate stem, so you can't fine-tune reach with a stem swap after purchase. Email us with your height, inside leg and any current bike fit numbers and we'll talk it through before you order.
Do I need a professional bike fit?
We strongly recommend one before your first long ride. A 76° seat tube angle puts you considerably further forward than a road position, and armrest and extension placement need setting to your body. Our height guidance is the manufacturer's, not a fitting service.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
Mainland United Kingdom only. We don't ship internationally or to PO Boxes.
How long does delivery take?
- Dispatch: within [X] business days of ordering, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
- Delivery: 3–5 business days once dispatched, on a tracked service.
Does someone need to be home?
Yes. The bike ships boxed on a signed-for service. We can't authorise leaving a parcel of this value in a safe place or with a neighbour.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched. Follow it any time on our Track your order page.
Assembly and use
Does the bike arrive assembled?
It arrives part-assembled with written instructions in English. Fitting the cockpit, wheels and saddle, and checking brake and gear function, should be done by a qualified bike mechanic before first use.
Are pedals included?

Do I need a torque wrench?
Yes, for the carbon components. Bolts must be tightened to the stated torque values, never by feel. Over-tightening cracks carbon and the damage is often invisible from the outside. If you don't own one, use a bike shop.
Can I race this bike?
Triathlon and time trial governing bodies set their own equipment rules. A rear disc wheel is permitted in triathlon and time trial events, but not under UCI rules in mass-start road racing. Check your event's regulations before race day.
Returns and payment
Can I return it if the size is wrong?
You can cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and return the bike for a refund. It must be unused and in its original packaging. Email us before sending anything back so we can arrange collection. Full terms in our refund policy.
Can I cancel my order?
If it hasn't been dispatched, email contact@unleashrep.com and we'll cancel with a full refund. Once dispatched, use the standard return process after it arrives.
What if it arrives damaged?
Inspect the box and the bike on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, email us straight away with photos of both the packaging and the product, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, plus the digital payment methods shown at checkout. All payments run through encrypted gateways.
Is there a warranty?
